By accessing or using the BarberSync booking platform and dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
To use the dashboard management features, you must register for an account. Barbershop owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their shop domain.
BarberSync offers a 7-day free trial. Upon expiration, you must select a valid subscription tier (Basic, Pro, or Premium) to continue using management capabilities. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard settings.
You agree to use customer communication features (such as WhatsApp/SMS confirmation shortcuts) in compliance with local regulations. Spamming, harassing, or sending unauthorized advertisements to clients is strictly prohibited.
BarberSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business interruptions, lost revenue, missed appointments, or disputes between barbershops and their clients.
